From no-code prototype to a production SaaS platform

A validated MVP built on Make, Bubble and Replit had hit its ceiling. We re-platformed it into a multi-tenant Symfony + React SaaS with a grounded AI content engine.

3 → 1 low-code tools replaced by one platform
multi-tenant agency-grade architecture with data isolation

A marketing-technology founder had validated an AI-driven SEO content product using low-code tools. The idea worked; the prototype could not carry it further.

The challenge

  • The mix of Make, Bubble and Replit scripts could not support multi-tenancy or concurrent users at volume.
  • SEO workflows were fragmented across tools and depended on individual expert knowledge.
  • AI output had to be grounded in each client’s own knowledge — not generic internet content.

What we did

  • Re-platformed onto a professional stack: Symfony backend for business logic and async orchestration, React frontend, containerised AWS infrastructure (ECS, RDS, S3).
  • Built a retrieval-augmented generation engine with topic-level embeddings in PostgreSQL (pgvector) and strict per-tenant data isolation.
  • Automated the content pipeline end to end: intent analysis, topic clustering, competitor gap analysis, structured client interviews, and publishing integrations.
  • Added voice answers with transcription, automated meeting summaries, and deep crawling of client sites to capture tone and existing content.

The outcome

The product went from a fragile prototype to a stable, containerised platform that serves multiple agency tenants with strict data isolation — and generates measurably better content because every article is grounded in real client knowledge.

“The transition from a prototype to a fully scalable SaaS has been game-changing.” — founder

Turning a proven idea into a production system is a core part of our product development work.
