• To send newsletters or marketing — Consent (where required). You may opt out at any time via unsubscribe links or by emailing us.
• To improve the Site and services (analytics, security, debugging) — Legitimate Interests.
• To comply with law — Legal Obligation (e.g., accounting, record‑keeping).

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security service that verifies visitors are human and protects our forms from bots and spam, operating in invisible mode (no visual challenge or interaction required). Turnstile may process device and browser signals (e.g., IP address, browser characteristics) to perform this verification. 6) Disclosures of personal data

We share information only with:

• Service providers/processors assisting IT hosting, security (including Cloudflare, for bot/spam protection via Turnstile), analytics, CRM/marketing, applicant tracking, or communications (bound by contract to protect data and use it solely on our instructions)
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting, insurers)
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (subject to appropriate safeguards)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not allow processors to use your data for their own unrelated purposes.

7) International transfers

If we transfer personal data outside the EEA/UK (e.g., to cloud providers), we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Copies of relevant safeguards are available upon request, subject to redactions.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Typical retention periods:

• Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or we detect inactivity for 24 months

11) California and other U.S. state privacy rights (if applicable)

12) Children’s privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to delete it.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED EUR 10,000 OR THE AMOUNTS (IF ANY) YOU PAID US SPECIFICALLY FOR SITE ACCESS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sole Proprietor Valentyn Morozov, Ukraine and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12) Governing law & venue

These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of laws. The courts of Kyiv, Ukraine shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13) Export & sanctions compliance

You represent that you are not located in, and are not a resident or national of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and are not on any restricted party list. You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.

14) Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.

15) Notices & electronic communications

16) Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Site use.
